In accordance with the order, the geographic area code (code ABC), the Moscow region will be changed from 096 to 496, a code of FAA Kursk region - from 071 to 471. Will be made to change the codes of some other regions. In addition, the numbering of network operators, working in negeograficheskom code of 097, is transferred to the codes of the geographic zones of RF.
