In general, the results of processing the forms of observers, a group of independent international observers concluded that the principles of universal, equal and direct suffrage by secret ballot, open and transparent elections, periodic elections, free elections, fair elections and genuine elections, in accordance with the completed and signed form to the polling stations observed in its entirety.

In general, the international observers assessed the voting process as "very good" in 86.5% of cases, when visiting the sites, "good" - in 10.9%, "Satisfactory" - 2.5%.

Counting of votes in spite of these procedural comments rated by observers as "very good" - 50% of visited sites, "good" - as in 50% of visited sites. Negative evaluations of the voting and counting of votes in the processed questionnaires did not contain.
