American experts on nutrition at Harvard University came to this conclusion after the investigated food habits of patients prone to uncontrollable bouts of overeating. Psychologists have taught patients ultimately concentrate their attention only on the absorbed food, bringing the number of cases of binge eating in the group after the first two weeks, dropped to an average from eight to three. To do this, there are even elementary techniques - there is no right hand and left, or to eat with chopsticks in Japanese restaurants.
Researchers believe that this technique is applicable to healthy people as a means of preventing the recruitment of excess weight.
