Istra district earning it the title of one and the most picturesque places of Moscow region, but this coastal area differs quite special beauty. At this point in the reservoir flows into a stream Silver. The abundance of water and growing on the banks of pine vividly reminiscent of the delightful scenery, which can be seen in Scandinavia or northern Russia. For a complete similarity is not enough only to those large, mossy stones, which in Karelia are everywhere.
Therefore, developing a vision for the future of the village, we stopped on the wording of Karelia on the shore of the Istra reservoir. In order to recreate on the land plot near Moscow northern landscape, we have invited a team of landscape designers, who added the picture of the missing details.
A clean and cool breath of the Istra reservoir enlivened the scene.
In Karelia, nearly 27 000 rivers and about 60 000 lakes (including Lake Ladoga and Onega - the biggest lake in Europe). That's why our village, we chose a poetic name - "The Lake District. Lyschevo.

One of its tributaries will flow through the central part of town, right between the houses. The territory is divided into 137 plots ranging from 10 to 55 hectare. The largest and most scenic areas have their own forest and a stream flowing in the center.
