KAMAZ enters the Indian market.
The joint India-Russia venture Kamaz-Vectra Motors in India will build several models of "KAMAZ".
In India, in the town of Hosur "KAMAZ" and the British-Indian company Vectra launched a joint venture to manufacture trucks. Investment KamAZ in the construction of the plant experts estimate of 40-50 million euros. "KAMAZ" received 51 per cent share of the enterprise.
