Capital repairs of apartment buildings in Rostov in this year would send 1.2 billion rubles.

From 1 January 2010 a condition of providing state support of major repairs of apartment buildings is the management of not less than 80% of homes by private managers of organizations with in its share capital not exceeding 25% of the municipality.

in Rostov-on-Don, 94,8% of private management organizations are managing 81.2% of apartment buildings.

at this year's overhaul of apartment houses will be sent to 1.2 billion rubles. The federal budget will amount to 902 million rubles. Funding overhaul will increase by 23%. According to first deputy head of the city's administration Sergei Manakov, "from 2007, when he joined the force of the Housing Code, and in view of the current year on the repair of apartment buildings will be utilized 4 billion rubles. As a result, more than 30% of the housing stock will be repaired."
