In Rostov appeared Expert Council for Protection of Persons with Disabilities.

In the capital of the Don created the Expert Council on promoting an accessible environment for disabled people. The council includes representatives of disability organizations, the Ministry of Labor and sotsrazvitiya Rostov region, the staff of architectural firms, activists of the Young Guard, the students of technical schools, MPs, officials and businessmen.

Members of the Council of Experts will fight for unhindered access for the disabled to all objects of social, transport and other infrastructure in Rostov, as well as the free movement of any route in the city.

Today, many social and general use are designed and constructed in the Don capital without due process standards for accessibility for people with disabilities. The Council will hold a detailed monitoring of access to social, engineering and transport infrastructure of the city for people with disabilities make to the legislature, proposals for amending the legal framework for creating barrier-free environment, as well as organizing the construction of the Rostov ramps and other elements of accessible environments.
