September 17 CFR opened in Sochi, the first Olympic sites - the cargo yard "RAAS". New freight yard is located in Nizhneimeretinskoy Valley in Sochi and Adler Amusement area adjacent to ÐÅÒÅÇÏÎÕ Adler-Merry. Investment in the construction of this facility amounted to more than 1.5 billion rubles.

"RAAS" can process about 11 million tons of cargo destined for the construction of Olympic facilities.

In Imeretinskaya Valley will postpoeny two cargo yard and reconstruct existing yards at the stations "Adler" and "Grand Canyon". Currently, state monopoly is building a second rail freight yard, the second path on the open line Tuapse-Adler, a combined road and railway from Adler to the resort "Alpika-Service".
