While summing up the competition for the best memorial sign "City of Rostov-on-Don, Russia - Port of five seas", was presented a draft sketch of the monument to Peter the Great Rostov Sknarina sculptors and Zhukov.

The committee members by name socially significant sites believe that the Railway Station Square and the beginning of the central streets of the city is one of the best places to install the sculpture, but a final verdict has not yet been imposed.
