Only 39% of the citizens of Russia can predict the size of their income for six months, 7% of Russians know what would be their income only to the nearest month. 67% of Russians have always planned their expenses, 30% of them claim that they do so with an accuracy of peanuts, but only 37% plan to spend big. 30% of Russians do not plan costs. Thus 64% of Russians planned to spend only the next month, 24% did so for six months in advance, and only 9% of Russians - over a longer period. |
